- Lead cross-media infrastructure projects with a focus on district heating in public spaces
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams during SIA phases 3-5
- Ensure basics in project processes such as credits, permits, and contracts
- Coordinate internal and external communication in collaboration with various departments
- Meet targets regarding quality, costs, and deadlines and check and document them through reporting
This is what distinguishes you
- Degree (HF/FH) in engineering, ideally in construction or energy technology
- Several years of experience as a project manager / client representative and in leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Experience with complex projects, preferably in the public space environment
- Initiative, entrepreneurial mindset with high commitment, negotiation skills, conflict resolution ability, and assertiveness
- Responsible, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Good oral and written expression in German
