For the Spitex Psychiatry of the City of Winterthur, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Personnel, professional and organizational leadership of a Spitex nursing team (approx. 10 employees)
- Ensuring optimal utilization within duty and deployment planning
- Internal and external interdisciplinary collaboration
- Responsible for correct service recording
- Enforcement of the instructions and concepts of the Spitex operations and the Department of Elderly and Care
- Situational assignments with people with psychiatric problems
- Participation in working groups or projects
Your Profile
- Advanced technical school or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatry (inpatient or outpatient)
- Proven Spitex and leadership experience
- Ability to reflect, organizational skills, and willingness to change
- Digital fitness and enjoyment of electronic administration (Perigon/interRAI HomeCare Switzerland)
