- Quantitative and qualitative credit analysis as well as evaluation of Swiss and international companies in various industries
- Credit risk assumption and limit decision in compliance with applicable internal guidelines and competencies
- Definition of underwriting strategies for key buyer groups and industries
- Regular monitoring and assessment of the creditworthiness of buyer groups and industries within the portfolio
- Documentation and maintenance of information on assessed risks
- Regular contact and visits to key customers and risks
- Analysis and reporting on the outlook of certain industry sectors
- Coordination and exchange with selling underwriters in the regions and with other stakeholders within the Sector Credit, Surety & CLP as well as the Trade Credit Insurance HUB (International Trade Credit Insurance)
- Active participation in working groups and projects to further develop our processes and tools (data processes, data foundations, automation)
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Experience in underwriting in the field of trade credit insurance, surety insurance or a similar function in a bank or insurance company (credit analysis)
- Completed commercial basic training or completed technical/university studies in the field of economics
- Excellent financial analysis and risk assessment skills
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, efficient and independent working style
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to make and represent challenging but constructive decisions
- Resilient, team- and customer-oriented personality with willingness to work in a growth environment
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and have a solution-oriented working style
