Your tasks
- You accompany children, adolescents, and young adults living in their residential group, taking into account their living and developmental environments.
- You are responsible for individual comprehensive case management with a systemic focus in collaboration with parents.
- You actively participate in team meetings, supervisions, as well as systemic and psychiatric professional and case consultations.
Your profile
- Degree in social pedagogy/social work (FH/HF) or comparable training
- As a trustworthy person, you meet people appreciatively and engage actively in building relationships.
- You act calmly and decisively in conflicts.
- You work solution-oriented and approach challenging situations with a touch of humor.
- You appreciate irregular working hours (evening, night, and partly weekend shifts).
