For our calculation team in the modernization sector, we are looking for you as a committed and proactive personality for construction cost planning in the HVAC field. You calculate demanding general contractor/subcontractor projects within the scope of renovations and conversions and work closely with the execution team, subcontractors, and specialist planners. Your workplace is our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon .

What you will do

• Independent calculation of HVAC trades for general contractor/subcontractor offers based on tender documents, specifications, and contractor offers
• Analysis of technical requirements, development of economical variants and special proposals
• Obtaining and comparing subcontractor and supplier offers as well as technical clarifications with specialist planners
• Preparation of cost estimates, profitability calculations
• Preparation and support of award negotiations as well as presentation of offers to customers
• Active participation in the further development of calculation processes with the aim of increasing the efficiency of methods – for example, through the automated generation of BKP structures using a database to better validate own calculations
• Active follow-up of implemented projects as well as building a database to further develop Implenia's key figures database

What you bring

• Completed training in building technology (HVAC) or construction, ideally supplemented by further education as a technician HF or construction economist
• Professional experience in the calculation of HVAC projects or general contractor/subcontractor projects, preferably in the modernization environment
• Knowledge of Swiss standards (SIA, SWKI) and experience with tenders and submissions
• Confident handling of calculation software and MS Office
• Structured, independent, and conscientious working style as well as a strong affinity for numbers
• Teamwork skills, communication strength, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
