- Support with various administrative tasks in the specialist departments
- Contact person on the phone and at the counter for internal and external customers
- Order processing, inventory management, and product shipping
- Assistance in personnel administration and accounting
- Collaboration in various projects
- Minutes of meetings, general correspondence
- General filing and archiving tasks
Requirements
- Completed secondary school with medium or high requirements
- Enjoy working on the computer
- Flair for numbers
- Good oral and written language skills in German
- Respectful and friendly interaction with people
- Sense of responsibility and discretion
- High willingness to learn, initiative, and motivation
- Good comprehension and communication skills
- Enjoy customer contact and teamwork
