In this key role, you are the driving force behind our service quality and support our teams to exceed themselves every day:
Process design: You develop, implement, and optimize strategic customer service standards to ensure smooth collaboration between sales, project management, dispatch, and technical field service
Customer journey: You analyze customer feedback and operational data to continuously improve the experience for our customers together with sales, project management, and technology.
HubSpot power user: As a driving force, you strategically develop our central ticket system HubSpot and use automations to increase efficiency
Data-to-strategy: You support management in translating customer-related insights into actionable strategic solutions and new service concepts.
Performance monitoring: You monitor end-to-end performance along the entire customer journey and identify levers for continuous process optimization.
Central interface: You moderate the flow of information between customer service and all internal departments for seamless communication

Your energetic profile:
Background: Completed studies (business administration or similar) and more than 3 years of experience in service operations, process management, or CRM
Tech affinity: You have a passion for CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and understand how to digitally map complex processes
AI affinity: You have a passion for modern AI solutions and understand how to profitably integrate them into a SaaS or infrastructure environment.
Industry drive: You are passionate about electromobility and ideally already have experience in the SaaS or infrastructure environment
Mindset: You think analytically, act solution-oriented, and communication is your strength in German and English
