Read traces, identify correlations, reveal the truth: within forensic police, you preserve and analyze relevant traces, compare trace images, and write well-founded reports. We contribute decisively to solving crimes and take on responsibilities during major events and identifications
Your tasks
Your main tasks are as follows:
- Entry, processing, and management of traces using computer systems
- Activities related to trace analysis
- Examination and analysis of trace material
- Management of reference collections and trace files
- Close collaboration with internal and external police services and participation in national shoe print conferences
Your profile
- Completed professional training
- Structured and analytical working method
- High autonomy, team spirit, and stress resistance
- Interest in forensic police matters and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Confidence in using computer applications
- Good knowledge of German, French is an asset
