We are looking for a passionate professional to join our team and take charge of the entire design and execution process of interior fit-out projects, from client relations to final delivery.

Your main tasks:

Relational excellence and business development Welcome clients professionally, listen carefully to their needs, and propose perfectly adapted projects within the strict budget framework defined. Provide tailor-made and ergonomic solutions that precisely meet the specific expectations of each client. Organize and lead client meetings efficiently and in a structured manner.

Premium client retention and follow-up Ensure exemplary client follow-up to guarantee their loyalty through regular visits on-site and/or remotely. Scrupulously ensure compliance with contractual clauses and optimal client satisfaction throughout the process. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with your entire client portfolio.

Comprehensive project management Manage files in their entirety, from the initial client reception to the final site delivery. Accurately carry out surveys and measurements essential for design. Propose coherent and innovative solutions, then deploy the concept through all study and execution phases of the project.

Creative and technical design Design remarkable interior layouts in close collaboration with project managers. Execute decoration in perfect accordance with all project stages according to SIA phases, and ensure the smooth progress of the entire project vis-à-vis the client. Actively participate in material choices and proposals to optimize each realization.

Project coordination and management Ensure relationships and rigorous project follow-up with subcontractors. Regularly meet the various stakeholders involved in projects, visit sites, maintain relationships with suppliers and institutional partners. Meticulously monitor and control project quality at each stage.

Documentation and finalization Prepare complete revision files to finalize projects according to the highest standards. Contribute effectively to the preparation of building permit files. Proceed rigorously with the various necessary administrative authorization requests.

Communication and business development Create impactful and professional presentation files. Ensure the drafting of detailed technical responses to tenders to develop the company’s project portfolio.

Technical expertise and creation Establish custom plans mastering available tools perfectly (AutoCAD, Revit, and other specialized software). Design high-quality 3D images, precise technical details, professional plans and sections, as well as creative and functional interior layouts and fittings.

Design and aesthetic harmonization Expertly define color harmonies, select technical and decorative lighting, and wisely choose materials (fabrics, tiles, wall coverings) to create unique atmospheres. Produce final revision files ensuring conformity and excellence of each delivered project.
