Activation Specialist (m/f) 40% - 60%
Your Tasks
- You actively shape the daily life of our residents and develop a diverse activation and employment program.
- You plan and conduct creative, cultural, and movement-oriented activities as well as sociocultural events.
- You empathetically accompany and support our residents in their daily lives and promote their independence and quality of life.
- You work closely with external partners and maintain an active network.
- You cooperate interdisciplinarily with all departments in the house and contribute to a lively community life.
What You Bring
- Further training as an activation and daily life design specialist
- Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with elderly people
- Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
- Resilience, flexibility, independence, and creativity are natural to you
- You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
