Job Description

Your Team and Your Mission

You support your team in valuation and consulting mandates for Swiss and foreign real estate investors as well as financial institutions with large real estate portfolios. After thorough onboarding, you work independently or together with an experienced, interdisciplinary team and develop solid decision-making foundations for our clients. You work in an organized and efficient manner, keep an overview even with complex topics, and find pragmatic solutions. At the same time, you have the opportunity to actively contribute ideas and develop professionally.

Your Responsibilities

• Real estate valuations using the discounted cash flow method and other procedures
• Economic analyses of properties and construction projects
• Usage concepts and profitability calculations
• Sustainability assessments of properties
• Object analyses and strategic consulting

In this position, you will get to know various areas of real estate consulting and valuation, gain valuable practical experience, and build contacts in a broad expert network. You will be supported by extensive databases on the construction and real estate market as well as modern IT tools.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in architecture, engineering, economics with a focus on real estate, or a related field; alternatively, a comparable education or training
• Interest in real estate topics, enjoyment of numbers and data, and a basic economic understanding
• Digital affinity, good MS Office skills, and clear, open communication
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented working style, with an eye for the essentials
• Fluent German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
