Learn museum activities: You will gain a versatile insight into the conservation and restoration tasks of painting restoration at the Kunstmuseum Basel. You support the team in all tasks of everyday museum work.

Participation in collection care: You participate in the tasks of preventive conservation, the conservation and restoration care of the collection (14th-21st century), and assist in the preparation of loans and the creation of condition reports.

Involvement in exhibitions: You support the team in the conservation care of exhibitions.

Experience: You already have practical experience in the museum field and have good IT skills. Experience with scientific museum software would be desirable.

Personality: Your working method is structured and independent. You are a responsible, open-minded, and enthusiastic person who enjoys working in a team.

Education: You have recently completed a university or university of applied sciences degree with a diploma or master's in the field of conservation and restoration of paintings and sculptures.

Language: You have fluent German as well as good oral and written English skills.
