Service & Provider Manager 80-100%

In this exciting dual role, you combine two perspectives: As a Service Manager, you focus on service quality, SLA compliance, customer support, process optimization & contract management. At the same time, as a Provider Manager, you take responsibility for supplier management, contract monitoring & escalation management.

Service Manager:

• Responsibility for the quality and delivery of managed services
• Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Contact person for customers and coordination of internal teams
• Identification of improvement opportunities and their implementation
• Management of the entire service lifecycle process
• Taking on various tasks in change and project management
• Responsibility for financial controlling & monitoring of managed contracts

Provider Manager:

• Responsibility for operational supplier management in the area of lines
• Resource planning & coordination of commissioning
• Monitoring of external line providers and ensuring contract compliance
• Close cooperation & coordination between internal teams and providers
• Risk management & escalation interface in case of supplier problems
• Higher vocational training in IT, business or a related field
• Strong communication skills (with customers, teams, suppliers)
• ITIL knowledge / IT service understanding
• Coordination and organizational talent
• Problem-solving and escalation skills
• Process understanding (e.g. SLA/KPI management)

Risk awareness

• Very good German skills / English and French skills are an advantage
• Work location: Bern
