Your tasks with us are

• You ensure professional, individual, and holistic wound care with your expertise
• You collaborate with external entities such as wound clinics, hospitals, general practitioners, pharmacies, etc.
• Additionally, you take on case management tasks with the interRAI HC instrument (including professional discussions, case conferences, etc.) 

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH 
• Further training as a certified wound expert or interest in completing this training
• Empathetic, communicative personality with an independent working style 
• Driver's license or willingness to complete assignments by e-bike 
• IT skills in MS 365 are an advantage
