Your Tasks
- Operation and Maintenance: You ensure the daily operation of the property. This includes inspection rounds, monitoring order and cleanliness, operating simple technical equipment, as well as early detection and reporting of malfunctions or defects. You independently carry out minor maintenance work and forward more extensive tasks to the responsible departments
- Coordination: You supervise external service providers and coordinate maintenance and repair work
- CAFM Support: You independently process tickets requested by employees of the Wellness Spa FORTYSEVEN
- Disposal and Cleanliness: You ensure proper disposal as well as order and cleanliness on the premises
- Event Support: You take care of setup and teardown as well as the provision of equipment for meetings and events
- Goods Deliveries and Service: You are responsible for internal and external goods deliveries and support with a pickup and delivery service
- Access Systems: You perform locking and program access media Parking Management: You check the parking lots for cleanliness, supervise the parking meters in first-level support, including regularly emptying the various meters
- On-call Duty: You are willing to participate in on-call duty (ideally living no more than 1 hour away)
Your Profile
- Professional Experience: You bring experience in a comparable role
- Technical Skills: You are a skilled practitioner with solid technical abilities as well as craftsmanship understanding
- PC Skills: You have good user knowledge of computers
- Working Style: You work independently, reliably, and discreetly
- Language: You have very good command of the German language, both spoken and written
