Spitex Fricktal AG is a modern and innovative non-profit Spitex. On behalf of 17 municipalities, we offer our services in a catchment area of approximately 50,000 inhabitants of the upper and lower Fricktal. Our around 100 employees and 20 apprentices and students care for over 600 clients in around 140,000 assignments per year. In addition to general somatic care, Spitex Fricktal AG also offers specialized care in the areas of psychiatry and specialized palliative care.

Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with specialization in specialized Palliative Care 40 to 50 %

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF, FH with specialized training in Palliative Care/Oncology Care B2
• Experience in Spitex is an advantage
• High professional and social competence, independent and responsible way of working
• Flexible and empathetic personality with high physical and mental resilience
• Good computer user skills
• RAI-HC basic course is an advantage
• Driver's license is a requirement

Your tasks

• Independent, qualified and resource-oriented care and advice for our clients, relatives and caregivers
• Needs assessment RAI-HC, steering and monitoring of the care process
• Collaboration with relatives and involved professionals
• Maintains close interprofessional cooperation and coordination with professionals from various fields
