Our mission: We secure your flight! We are looking to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team at Zurich Airport with a TA Specialist for 9 months.
As a TA Specialist (temporary), you will take on the following tasks:
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process within the SR Technics Group with a focus on operational and technical profiles
- Close collaboration with hiring managers, HR business partners, and the entire HR team
- Active sourcing through various channels as well as proactive planning and conducting of interviews
- Ensuring transparent communication and coordination of all stakeholders in the selection process
- Maintenance and updating of candidate data in the ATS (Rexx) as well as support for reporting
- Collaboration in the group-wide talent acquisition team with locations in Belgrade and Switzerland
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience, active contribution to employer branding and recruiting projects, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in organizational psychology, human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of practical experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in an industrial, technical, or production-related environment
- Proven experience in active sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct approach) as well as experience with ATS systems like Rexx; SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and priorities
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style with professional handling of confidential information
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with motivation for continuous improvement of recruiting processes and collaboration
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2); daily communication and interviews take place in English and German
