For our Bulle/FR site, we are looking for a 

Service Planner / Coordinator (M/F/D) – 100%

A varied activity combining organization and interpersonal skills. Do you like to structure, anticipate, and facilitate exchanges? Then this position suits you. 

YOUR MISSION

• Plan and optimize the interventions of our technicians (installations, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting) in the assigned region.
• Manage and monitor all service orders from processing work reports to invoicing.
• Ensure administrative follow-up: invoicing of services, payment control, spare parts orders.
• Be the first point of contact: reception, information, and first-level assistance for our customers.
• Ensure strategic liaison between clients, technical teams, and internal/external services, directly contributing to satisfaction and performance.
• Actively contribute to administrative tasks and the internal organization of the service. 
   

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a commercial employee CFC with an affinity for technology, or a technical CFC (HVAC, electrical engineering, electronics, etc.) with ease for administrative and office tasks.
• Recognized for your organizational skills and ability to prioritize, you work in a structured and reliable manner.
• You have a strong customer orientation, enjoy solving problems, and providing quality service.
• You demonstrate reliability and composure, maintaining your efficiency even during demanding periods.
• You master French, and knowledge of German is a real asset.
• You are comfortable with digital tools, especially SAP and SAP FSM; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus appreciated
