Tasks
- Lead and develop the accounting team through coaching and support.
- Manage all accounting functions, including receivables and payables.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements per Swiss GAAP FER.

- Professional and personnel management of the accounting department including promotion, coaching, and further development of employees
- Responsibility for general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and securities accounting including debt collection
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR as well as coordination of financial statements and budgets with controlling
- Development of budgets as well as preparation of tax returns and VAT statements
- Further development and optimization of financial processes, value flows, and SAP modules
- Support in financing transactions as well as administrative management of insurance and vehicle fleet
- Training of commercial apprentices in the finance area as well as active participation in projects
- Consulting the departments on financial and accounting issues
- Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g., specialist in finance and accounting with federal diploma or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a leadership or team management role
- Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, OR, and SAP FI
- Strong leadership and social skills: clear communication, reliability, ability to motivate and develop employees
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and strong affinity for numbers
- Enjoyment of process optimization and interdisciplinary collaboration
