Painting Team Leader

Your tasks
- Promote, guide and support employees with disabilities as a contact person
- Support in the training of apprentices (Painter EFZ, Painter Practitioner EBA and Practitioner Painting PrA)
- Planning, organizing and coordinating painting orders
- Participation in the execution of work orders and control of work execution
- Creating offers and invoices for painting orders
- Maintaining customer contacts
- Maintaining contact with the social environment of the employees
Your profile
- Basic training as a Painter EFZ
- Further training as a construction site manager SMGV is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the field of painting
- Driver's license category B mandatory
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365
- Team-oriented, resilient and responsible personality
- Good organizational and communication skills
