- Receiving and processing customer requests by phone and in writing
- Ensuring professional customer service
- Coordination with internal and external departments
- Handling complaints
- Independent case follow-up
- Entering orders, returns, and credit notes
- Invoice verification
- Various monitoring tasks
What you bring
- Basic commercial training or completed professional apprenticeship in the service sector
- Fluency in French and German, both spoken and written
- High stress resistance and good communication skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Sociable personality and team-oriented
- Good computer skills
- Professional experience in customer contact
- Affinity with the furniture sector
- Technical understanding
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
