For our location in Muhen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Customer consulting in the conception and implementation phase to efficiently and effectively adapt our WAMAS® software to the demanding customer processes
Conducting workshops for process analysis and gathering customer requirements
Development and design of customer solutions in collaboration with sales/project planning
Support in calculation and offer preparation for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material Flow System (MFS)
Preparation of specifications and requirements documents (Requirements Engineering)
Parameterization of the WAMAS application (master data, processes, etc.)
Comprehensive software testing
Commissioning and production support at our customers on site
Conducting key user training
University of Applied Sciences or Advanced Federal Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in a similar role or as a software project manager or software engineer (software background mandatory)
Fluent in German; English (B1/B2), other languages are an advantage
Ideally experience in the intralogistics, industrial automation, or plant engineering industry
Analytical approach and solution-oriented, structured working style
Initiative, resilient, and team-oriented personality
High customer orientation, very good communication skills as well as organizational and planning skills
Willingness to travel mainly within Switzerland
