In this versatile position, you will shape the marketing of our bachelor's degree programs in business and law with initiative and creativity. As a driving force, you design targeted marketing campaigns along the entire student journey. From strategic planning to implementation to performance analysis. In this way, you contribute significantly to making our degree programs even better known.

Start date: February 1, 2026
- Responsibility for digital campaigns: You independently take over the entire campaign process, from budget planning and strategy through implementation to continuous optimization to optimally market our bachelor's degree programs.
- Content & Lead Generation: With creative ideas, you initiate innovative projects along the entire student journey and proactively and continuously develop our marketing strategies. In the MarTech area, you are up to date with the latest developments.
- Consulting & Co-design: You advise the program managements on all marketing questions and contribute your expertise to actively shape the marketing of the School of Management and Law.
- Room for your strengths: Depending on your interests and skills, you also take on exciting projects in digital and analog marketing.
- You have a completed degree (university/FH) in business administration or a comparable education in marketing.
- In addition, you have at least three years of professional experience in marketing.
- You inspire with your ability to develop creative ideas combined with a goal-oriented way of working.
- You are an initiative and communicative personality who likes to take responsibility.
- You think analytically and act solution-oriented in the implementation of your projects.
