About the job

Your challenges:

• Personnel & professional leadership of train service staff at the assigned location
• First point of contact for employees at the assigned location
• Link between employees and the company
• Conducting annual employee interviews
• Training apprentices on practical trips as well as conducting accompanying trips / audits
• Performing train services in freight traffic as shunter / locomotive driver

What you should bring:

• Training as a locomotive driver category B with several years of experience in freight traffic
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to further educate yourself accordingly
• Very good German skills as well as confident handling of IT programs (MS Office)
• Assertive personality with high social competence and empathy
• Loyalty as well as networked thinking & acting
