Reference: CLS/RH/2025.701 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: 12-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")
Why do we need you?
As a nurse within the Pool, you provide reinforcement in the medicine and surgery units according to the needs of the facility. You bring your expertise with adaptability and commitment.
What will you be expected to do?
- Perform technical and specific nursing care, respecting current protocols
- Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualized and quality care
- Ensure rigorous traceability of care in the computerized patient record
- Strictly apply hygiene, asepsis, and safety rules
- Quickly integrate into the teams of the services where you intervene, ensuring continuity of care with professionalism

The unit consists of 10 collaborators. Their strength lies in being a united team with a shared sense of values. Working each in different units, they always enjoy meeting during breaks.Audrey Laurent, recently appointed head of the service, has a recognized background in various surgical specialties. Her leadership, based on listening, kindness, and availability, guarantees a respectful work environment where each collaborator can fully flourish. Your well-being is at the heart of her concerns.Essentials:
- Nursing diploma or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting
- Strong skills in general care, both in medicine and surgery
- Excellent adaptability, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
- Rigor, organization, and effective stress management in a dynamic environment
