Your Tasks
- Supporting the ward management in leading and organizing the interdisciplinary intensive care unit
- Co-responsibility for personnel planning and personnel development
- Ensuring and further developing nursing and process quality including the implementation of corresponding measures
- Cooperative collaboration with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
- Economic thinking and acting within the area of responsibility
- Active participation in the further development of nursing structures and processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Completed specialist training for intensive care and anesthesia nursing
- Successfully completed further training as ward manager or willingness to complete it
- Commitment, sense of responsibility, and an independent way of working
- Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
- Flexibility, resilience, and high communication skills
- Desire for personal development and a long-term position in the management team
