To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Concierge 100% (m/f/d)

You are primarily responsible for

• guest care at the highest level
• answering guest questions and making recommendations
• competent advice on all matters for all wishes and needs
• organizing all reservations from transportation to restaurants
• running errands and messenger services

You know the region (or are able to quickly familiarize yourself with it) and can demonstrate several years of concierge experience. You speak and write German and English fluently. Additional foreign languages (such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) are an advantage. You show a high level of commitment, are very flexible and resilient, and work guest-oriented, calmly, and precisely even under time and work pressure. Discretion and attentiveness are a matter of course for you.
