Maintenance Technician
The task of this position is to ensure high equipment availability according to the defined specifications. This includes precise and efficient troubleshooting as well as proper maintenance in strict compliance with all safety regulations. In addition, the activity includes carrying out maintenance and repair work on our production equipment. Another focus is active participation in digitization projects as well as initiatives to improve the profitability, sustainability and availability of our equipment.
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Ensure 2nd level support in case of malfunctions and downtime of production equipment
- Support in maintenance and repair work of production equipment
- Willingness for occasional Saturday shifts.
- Active participation in projects for optimization and digitization as well as procurement of new equipment
- Processing and completion of orders in the maintenance tool
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed training as an automation technician EFZ, plant electrician or in a related professional field
- Professional experience in the maintenance of production equipment
- Knowledge of CNC control systems (Siemens, Fanuc)
- Experience with Siemens controls (Simatic Manager & TIA Portal)
- Experience with Beckhoff controls is desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Responsibility for independent, high-quality and prompt handling of malfunctions on production equipment
