Your main tasks:
- Support of Recruiting Specialists and HR Consultants in general administrative tasks
- Posting job advertisements and coordinating the job notification obligation with the responsible RAV
- Telephone preliminary clarifications with applicants including appointment scheduling
- Conducting recruitment interviews (cleaning staff)
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Obtaining various documents (work permit, confidentiality agreement, etc.)
- Creating interim and final certificates
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training EFZ
- Experience in recruitment desired but not mandatory
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign language skills desired
- Open and motivated personality
- Structured way of working
- Enjoyment in dealing with people of different origins and cultures
- Flexibility to work at two different locations
