Volkhardt Haus- und Grundstücksverwaltung GmbH is a family office of the Volkhardt family. We manage properties consisting of single-family homes, condominiums, plots of land, and commercial properties. In addition, we rent out the commercial spaces in the Hotel Bayerischer Hof. We are looking for you to start as soon as possible.
As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- organizational and commercial management of real estate
- tenant and customer support
- master data maintenance in the property management software
- handover and acceptance of rental properties
- rent collection
- preparatory accounting
- acquisition of new tenants
- successful commercial training or experience in office organization and further training related to real estate
- understanding of property-relevant matters
- knowledge of accounting is an advantage
- professional experience in property management
