The Neuhaus Foundation in Wängi, with its 130 employees, is a significant employer in the region. The professional service and various offerings are used by 80 elderly people. All three wards work according to the integrative dementia concept. Starting early November 2025 or by arrangement, we are looking for a certified activation specialist HF (m/f) as:

- Overall coordination, planning, and implementation of attractive activation offers, events, excursions, and festivities

Area of responsibility:
- Overall coordination, planning, and implementation of attractive activation offers, events, excursions, and festivities
- Accompaniment and collaboration with volunteer staff
- Documentation of processes and achievement of goals
- Management of the activation team (3 employees - total 120%) including duty planning etc.
- Supervision of students (activation specialists HF)
- You have completed training in activation therapy HF and have experience working with elderly people
- You are a resilient, reliable, and independent personality with a good sense of humor
- You have excellent organizational skills, are team-oriented, flexible, and resilient
- You are characterized by your communication skills and high social competence and represent the institution well externally
- You have leadership training or are willing to further your education in this area
- You are willing to work weekend shifts if needed
- You have training as a vocational trainer and are willing to supervise HF students through their practical year.
