The Agricultural Center St.Gallen (LZSG) is part of the Agricultural Office and fulfills a versatile mandate in education and training as well as in agricultural consulting.
We are looking for a
Consultant and Teacher in the Field of Business Administration and Agricultural Law (m/f/d)
for the consulting region Linthgebiet and Toggenburg starting March 1, 2026
Workload: 80-100%
Workplace: Flawil
What to expect
- Advising farmers on business management and agricultural law issues
- Preparing expert reports for the Agricultural Credit Cooperative (LKG)
- Participating in projects to promote innovation and strengthen competitiveness in agriculture
- Organizing and conducting continuing education courses and conferences
- Teaching in agricultural basic education and in higher vocational education at the Vocational and Continuing Education Center Buchs Sargans (bzbs) at the Salez and Flawil locations (10-20%)
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies as an agronomist ETH/FH or comparable education
- Expertise in agricultural business management and agricultural law is an advantage
- Professional experience in consulting and teaching desired
- Enjoy working with farming families, course participants, and young people in training
