What is this position about?
As a Business Solutions Manager (m/f/d), you will work in a team responsible for the life cycle management of IT/OT solutions and services.
What tasks will you take on?
- You will work very closely as a central contact person with our internal customers (production, engineering, development, etc.) to understand their needs and capture their requirements for IT/OT services
- You will analyze and model processes and translate business requirements into IT requirements regarding implementation
- You will develop IT/OT services together with software architects and IT product owners
- You will be responsible for IT/OT services including their documentation, testing, monitoring, and further development
- You will take on the management of digitization projects if needed
What do we expect from you?
- You have a completed technical degree in electronics, computer science, automation technology, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience with IT/OT systems (e.g., SCADA, MES, PLC, IoT platforms) in an industrial environment and ideally in a testing environment
- You have the ability to capture and analyze customer requirements and create technical concepts and service proposals
- You have good English skills
- You are a creative, communicative, and team-oriented personality
- You bring experience in project management
