Job description
We are currently looking for a Control Methods Technician (M/F/X) to join our team in Geneva, whose main responsibility will be to provide control ranges and programs.
🔥 Main activities:
- Validate the dimensioning of new product plans at different operations
- Create control ranges to ensure conformity to the plan
- Implement conventional and automatic control methods (vision and probing)
- Validate the control method during component development by writing a report
- Provide documentation associated with the ranges (tools, fixtures, operating mode, etc.)
- Receive and ensure the conformity of new control means (optical or probing)
- Deploy control programs associated with components and update the ranges
- Train and support operators in the use of new means
- Ensure troubleshooting of control means and collaborate with the control methods business network
🎯 Profile sought
- You have proven experience in programming control means (minimum 5 years)
- You have recognized skills in metrology, ISO dimensioning, and tolerancing
- You master FOXtouch, Metrolog, and CREO software
- You have solid knowledge of SAP, PLM, and office tools
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- You know how to manage projects involving different trades
- You demonstrate pedagogy and support with production teams
- You have a strong taste for fieldwork, analysis, and synthesis
