The Paul Scherrer Institute PSI is the largest research institute for natural and engineering sciences in Switzerland. For the Guesthouse team, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Organization and operation of the reception of the PSI Guesthouse with 68 rooms
- Written and oral communication with guests
- Coordination with housekeeping
- Invoicing as well as statistical evaluations
- Close cooperation with the PSI User Office and the PSI secretariats
Your profile
- Completed training in hospitality or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience
- Communicative, service-oriented, and a team player
- Confident in written and oral communication in German and English
- Familiar with common hotel software solutions
