MCR Technician / Building Automation (a)

Your tasks:

• Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (especially HVAC) for our mandate
• Responsibility for maintaining the required climatic conditions in the production area (temperature, humidity, pressure)
• Programming, commissioning of controllers in FBD, CFC, ST language
• Maintenance of BMS servers (kepware, SQL, Archestra)
• Handling tickets and daily work reports
• Participation in projects in the MCR (measurement, control, regulation) / adB field and implementation of defined actions
• Proposal and implementation of modifications and improvements
• Management of subcontractors 
• Participation in on-call service 

Your profile:

• Training in building technology, regulation, instrumentation (ES Technician in automation, BTS)
• Good knowledge of technical building management
• Knowledge of Beckhoff controllers, Aveva supervision (Wonderware) and communication protocols (modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, profibus) is an asset
• Fluency in French (C1) and English level B1, an asset
• Comfortable with IT tools and good command of Excel
• Good stress resistance and sense of organization, team spirit
• Flexibility and strong customer orientation
