About the job
What you can achieve
- You take control of goods receipt and dispatch including functional checks on medical devices
- You ensure correct recording of all goods in the SAP system (IBS) and actively optimize our warehouse
- You organize the smooth flow of goods between Niederbipp and our external warehouse in Oensingen
- You prepare goods and devices, support deliveries and are directly on site with the customer
- You are the first contact person for technical questions about our devices, internally and externally
- You support exciting projects and take responsibility for our vehicles and returns
What you bring with you
- Basic logistics or technical training with SAP knowledge in the context of warehouse monitoring, warehouse movement and warehouse capacities
- Technology is your thing, PC, Excel and co. are not foreign words to you
- You are handy, like to pitch in and have a category B driving license
- You are open, communicative and enjoy advising customers in a friendly manner
- You speak German confidently, French is a plus but not a must
- You enjoy working in a team and are motivated to learn new things
