In the FAM department, we support people with disabilities on their path to more self-determination, participation, and development in working life. A long-standing team member is retiring. As of 01.05.2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Comprehensive support for people with disabilities – from entry to exit
- Promotion of individual integration, development, self-determination, and participation in everyday work
- Social service counseling for personal and social concerns
- Administrative tasks such as documentation, care service recording, and report writing
- Agogical support and advice for work educators
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, specialist offices, and institutions
- Responsibility for defined portfolios
Your profile
- Completed training as a social worker FH, social educator HF/FH, or equivalent
- Resilience, empathy, and high social competence in dealing with clients and teams
- Several years of professional experience – ideally in the disability sector
- Convincing appearance and the ability to represent concerns confidently
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Enjoyment of networked work and very good IT skills
- Interest in topics such as self-determination, inclusion, and the UN CRPD
