Your team
Within the Information Delivery service, attached to the Operations division, you will join the Records Management team. This service brings together the Output Management, Multimedia Production, and Mail departments.
You will work closely with our production teams as well as with various internal partners to ensure the effective and quality publication of the Group's contractual documentation on various platforms.
Operations ensure secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure that all activities comply with regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern and robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable and high-quality services for wealth management, asset management, and real estate.
Your role
• Creation of document layout (DTP).
• Layout of banking forms in accordance with the Pictet Group's graphic charter.
• Quality control of produced documents.
• Validation of layouts with internal requesters.
• Coordination of layout projects with our various internal partners.
Your profile
• Polygraph CFC or equivalent training.
• Mastery of the Mac environment and QuarkXPress, InDesign, Acrobat software.
• Good command of the Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent command of the French language (impeccable grammar and spelling); fluent English.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and service orientation.
• Discretion, rigor, and absolute respect for confidentiality.
• Residence in Switzerland required.
