Your challenge
- Manage meetings of Group Executive Management (GEM) and Group Management Board (GMB) holistically: preparation and follow-up, agenda management, minute-taking, action item tracking, and maintenance of the GEM roadmap
- Ensure timely provision of high-quality decision-making documents – including agenda approval (t-7), document quality control (t-4), and Brainloop administration
- Take over coordination of governance scheduling: alignment of GEM, GMB, and Board of Directors agendas in close collaboration with the PVR Office
- Be responsible for GEM and Board reporting: monthly GEM reporting including templates, finance update, and provision to the Board of Directors
- Support CEO and GEM Office specifically: preparation of CEO GEM info sessions, management of audit action items, cost center controlling, and deputizing for the CEO secretariat
Role focus: approx. 50 to 60% GEM/GMB support, 40 to 50% CEO support
Your profile
- Completed studies (e.g., business administration, banking & finance, economics or law); initial professional experience is an advantage but not a must
- High willingness to learn, initiative, and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with complex management, governance, and banking topics
- Analytical and structured thinking skills as well as enjoyment in preparing content clearly, precisely, and tailored to the audience
- Strong service and quality orientation, reliability, and an independent working style
- Confident appearance, very good German and English skills, and proficient use of MS Office
- Discretion and reliability are a matter of course for you
