The treatment coordinator (TC) plays an essential role in the overall care of patients. You will be responsible for responding to patient requests while considering their oral health status, possible interventions, and financial resources. Your mission includes coordinating the necessary appointments to ensure the smooth progress of care, as well as following up with patients throughout their treatment. You will work directly with the clinical director, specialist dentists, and other technical staff to ensure optimal care.
Required skills:
- Medical-dental knowledge
- Proficiency in the Office suite and Dentagest software
- Good level of French (C2) and English (C1)
