Process Specialist with Focus on AbaBau / Concept & Process Design Construction Administration
Your tasks:
- You accompany our customers in the introduction and optimization of construction administration in AbaBau (tendering, awarding, cost control, change order management, invoicing).
- You design and document business processes in construction administration and transfer them into standardized ERP solutions.
- You conduct training and workshops for project managers, estimators, and construction administrators – online or on-site.
- You actively participate in the further development and standardization of the DPC processes in the AbaBau module.
- You support in the support and quality assurance of customer projects.
Your profile:
- Completed training in the construction environment, construction administration, or in the field of business/technology.
- Experience in the application or introduction of Abacus AbaBau or a comparable ERP solution.
- Understanding of business processes, costing, and project management.
- Enjoyment of process design, conceptual work, and direct work with customers.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
