The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, residential care, and therapy for children and adolescents from 4 to 20 years old in Fehraltorf. We are looking for reinforcement starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Residential Care Specialist (FaBe/FaGe/SP) as Residential Care Specialist
(Workload between 80-90%)
These are your tasks:
- Complementing the team with a total of 6 children and adolescents
- Support in an individual setting
- Creating an active living environment for the children and adolescents together with the team
- Empathetic support of children and adolescents with various disabilities
- Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and to jointly manage everyday challenges
What you bring with you:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or specialist in care with a focus on disability care or health specialist
- Professional experience in supporting people with disabilities
Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
- Observational skills and joy in supporting children and adolescents
