Procap is the largest member organization for people with disabilities in Switzerland. We work daily for more participation, self-determination, and equal opportunities. Our services in the areas of social insurance law, construction, travel, sports, leisure, education, and awareness-raising help to break down barriers and create new perspectives. To strengthen our fundraising team, we are looking for a committed personality as an Employee Foundation Fundraising (60 - 80% workload) immediately or by agreement. In this role, you will contribute to the long-term financing of our projects - through targeted acquisition of institutional funding in German-speaking Switzerland, the Suisse romande, and Liechtenstein. You will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and internal project managers. Your tasks
  • You will write convincing funding applications and effective accountability reports.
  • You will identify new potential donors and manage a growing network of foundation partners.
  • You will take on systematic research (e.g., commercial register CH/FL, foundation databases) and maintain relevant data.
  • You will actively contribute to the import and further development of our foundation contacts in the
fundraising database.
  • You will also participate in other areas of our fundraising as needed. Your profile
    What you bring:
  • A completed commercial training (EFZ), ideally with further training in fundraising or NPO management.
  • Enjoyment in communication with funding partners and systematic acquisition.
  • The ability to effectively prepare stories - both textually and visually.
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as good knowledge of French.
  • Confident handling of MS Office and a pronounced flair for database work. What distinguishes you:

  • Ideally, experience in the non-profit sector (NPO).
