Your area of responsibility You are the main contact person for all concerns of the customers assigned to you from the Customer Communications business area, represent SPS, and consistently expand the business relationship You bear the commercial responsibility for your customers, accompany them through the entire customer journey, and ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction Together with the Solution Design team, you develop solutions for customer needs, continuously generate cross- and upselling opportunities, and implement them You are responsible for the renewal of existing contracts and negotiate them in the interest of SPS and involving the operational units You are responsible for the customer P&L and participate in measures to ensure and improve quality At customer appointments such as steering committees, reviews, status meetings, etc., you represent SPS You ensure compliance with relevant governance, processes, and reporting Your profile You have completed higher education in business administration, IT, or engineering (HF, FH, or university level) or have achieved a corresponding qualification level through further training You have several years of experience in sales or account management, ideally for a company active in output management, and can demonstrate success in the area of major customers or outsourcing from the provider side Ideally, you have an active network in our target industries banking, financial services, insurance, and/or healthcare You communicate confidently at various levels and also appear confidently and convincingly at the C-level Customer and service orientation are a matter of course for you, and you are practiced in aligning customer and company interests You are familiar with handling financial data and KPIs You are a positive and dynamic personality with a winning appearance and very good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills As a team player, you also feel comfortable in international and interdisciplinary teams You speak German fluently and English fluently Benefits Attractive salary package with performance-related component A future-oriented employer driving the digitalization of the Swiss economy  A dynamic environment in a Swiss company with global structures Central workplace in Zurich with the possibility of home office Participation in Reka checks as well as health care/fitness subscription Subsidies for public transport subscriptions and free business half-fare card Attractive employee discounts for many brands and products  #LI-AW1
