Part-time worker (50%) or full-time (100%)

Class and annual salary (including 13th month):

2 47'348.-- / 72'822.--

Tasks:

• provide equipment for new acquisitions (covers, markings)
• repair documents owned by the library, in collaboration with qualified staff
• manage the library warehouses and the reordering of documents (also in open shelf areas)
• supervise the institute during opening hours without library services
• perform delegated tasks in the logistics field, with particular reference to the messenger service
• provide assistance for specific needs, especially related to cultural animation activities

Requirements:

• federal certificate of competence (AFC) in technical/logistical field
• experience in warehouse management
• preferential qualification is experience in handling library material, initial evaluation of collections, placement logic, and initial maintenance of library material
• availability to work evenings and/or Saturdays during cultural activities

Special remarks:

• employment level: 100% or 2 people at 50%

Employment conditions:

• appointment or assignment: as provided by the Law on the organization of State employees and teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any changes in law concerning salary and organization remain explicitly reserved
• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
