Your Tasks
- Professional, organizational, and personnel management of the ward
- Planning, control, and organization of nursing processes
- Staff deployment planning, leadership, and motivation of the team
- Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation (doctors, therapists)
- Ensuring and further developing nursing quality
- Representation of the department management
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Completed further training as a ward manager
- Completed specialist training in geriatrics desirable or willingness to obtain it
- Leadership skills and empathy
- Stress resistance, self-organization, and assertiveness
