About the job

Your tasks:

• Independent setup and operation of our surface grinding machines Mägerle, Rosa, Geibel&Hotz and Ziersch
• Creating and documenting grinding programs directly at the machine
• Reclamping and measuring precise individual parts, which are ground in small to medium-sized series
• Self-inspection with first-piece control
• Active participation in the further development and optimization of our grinding processes as well as in the continuous improvement process at the workplace (CIP).
• Periodic maintenance of machines and equipment

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as mechanic/polymechanic or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in CNC surface grinding
• Independent, reliable work with high quality standards
• Flexible, team-oriented, self-initiated, communicative, quick comprehension
• Working in 2-shift operation
• German spoken and written
