Nursing Expert

Your tasks

• Quality management in close cooperation with the nursing experts 
  and the QM team
• Steering the further development of the nursing process and nursing quality
• Supporting the nursing teams in specialist questions and complex care situations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist areas
• Development of concepts and instructions

Your "backpack"

• You have a degree as a nursing professional HF/FH with appropriate additional training (e.g., Bachelor or Master in Nursing Science)
• Extensive professional experience in geriatrics and long-term care
• Experience in project, quality, and process management
• Team player and open to new things
