Your tasks:
- Contribute to the development of the department's project portfolio
- Understand, apply, and take ownership of the processes of our different clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with different levels of complexity and progress
- Handle varied mandates as Owner's Representative, Owner's Project Manager, General Planner, Project General Management…
- Ensure the quality and profitability of projects
- Manage all SIA phases of project management (studies, authorization requests, tenders, planning and execution monitoring, project closure)
- Provide project reporting to the Owner (costs, deadlines, quality, risks..)
- Represent the interests of the owner
Your profile:
- Higher education as an engineer or architect (University/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent)
- 10 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position
- Knowledge of SIA standards
- Proven experience in managing projects with separate trades
- Perfect command of French
- Very good knowledge of English and German (minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency in common office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Project management tools and software (MS Project, SAP/Messerli)
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomous, flexible, rigorous, and with a good team spirit and mutual support
- Very good communicator with a good sense of analysis and listening to needs
